Announcing Heather Breckel! And Our Vendor Hall Map!

May 31, 2017 in Guest Announcement by Darkly

We’re a month and a half away from TrotCon 2017, so let’s kick out final stretch of announcements into full gear, shall we?

We’ll start with an oldie but a goodie, someone you’ll certainly know if you’ve been coming to TrotCon the last few years.

That’s right, Heather Breckel is back at TrotCon!

Breckel is of course best known on our end as the colorist for the IDW Publishing comic series for My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic that’s been a perfect complement to the TV show through its existence. You read one of the comics? Chances are you laid your eyes on some of her work. And loved it. Duh.

Beyond that, Breckel (a Columbus, Ohio, native too! Imagine that!) has worked in similar capacities across other titles, including IDW’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series and Godzilla: Half Century War, Image Comics’ Peter Panzerfaust, Dark Horse Comics’ Number 13, plus some of her personal projects, like Angie Ruins Fire Emblem.

She’ll be back for panels this year as well as spending time in our vendor hall.

Wait, vendor hall. We gotta announce who’s in that still, right?

OK, let’s.

We’ve got 56 tables of TrotCon-y goodness this year, same pony place, same pony time. Both the vendor listing AND map is now available on our website, with further additions and subtractions possible depending on… eh, y’know, the usual.

Point is, chances are about 95 percent of this is going to stay exactly the same by the time TrotCon rolls around this July.

In addition to Heather Breckel and a few of our community guests (along with some fellow conventions! Hi, fellow conventions!), you’ll find many of the awesome vendors that usually adorn TrotCon’s vendor hall (some of whom have been around since we started up in 2012), along with new faces.

Go on. Check it out. Figure out what you’re gonna buy this year. You know you wanna.

More announcements on the way, y’all! Including musicians and our final round of community guests.

Dig. It.

Remember, folks, pre-registering for TrotCon is 1) hella easy, and 2) almost closed for the year! On June 14, sponsor badges are closed for 2017, and regular weekend passes ($50) stay available until June 20. After that point, you’ll only be able to purchase a badge at the door. Don’t miss out!

Announcing G.M. Berrow and many Community Guests

April 24, 2017 in Guest Announcement by Darkly

Guest announcement time! Try to imagine, like, six siren emojis accompanying this sentence.

At last check, we had announced three VIP guests and one community guest for TrotCon 2017, right? Well, get ready to bump up the numbers in both of those columns.

Like, quite a bit. Today’s a doozy, particularly on the community guest side. Let’s waste no more time.

First and foremost: once again, we’re pumped to have G.M. Berrow coming out to TrotCon!

This marks the third straight year we’ve brought Berrow to TrotCon, which is a testament to the amount of high praise we receive about her from you guys at the end of each year. Might as well keep this party going, right?

Berrow, for the uninitiated, first became involved in the My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic universe as the author of the chapter books published by Little, Brown and Co., including “Princess Luna and the Festival of the Winter Moon,” Twilight Sparkle and the Crystal Heart Spell” and more. That’s a role she continues to hold today, but in addition, she’s also worked as part of the TV series’ writing staff. Berrow has also worked as part of the crew on TV shows such as Law & Order: SVU and The Good Wife.

Cool stuff, eh?

So, she joins a group of folks we’re already enormously excited about: M.A. Larson, Peter New and Lee Tockar. We’re digging this list, y’all. Hope you are too.

OK, community guests. Deep breath, because there’s a lot of ’em.

That said, like G.M. Berrow, many of these are return guests. Again: we like them, they don’t seem to hate us, you’ve had nothing but great things to say about them AS guest. Git some.

Actually, funny story: we announced TheBronyCritic last year within the same announcement as G.M. Berrow. How about that? Anyway, yes, TheBronyCritic will be returning to TrotCon 2017 after first attaining community guest status with us last year. He’s one of our local boys, a critic and analyst who creates videos reviewing the MLP TV series as well as audioplays, fanfiction readings and more.

We’re also proud to welcome back ChocolatePony, known also as SouthParkTaoist, who’s best known in the fandom for some fantastic artwork, tarot cards and pony card games who also offers some of the coolest MLP-related panels you’ll see on this or any continent. He’s also recently published a book entitled The West Point of the West and hosts a Zootopia-related podcast called Zootopia Minute. You know how we feel about Zootopia here at TrotCon HQ, so we’re sold. Soooold.

In the same returning-guest vein, welcome back TJ Carson to TrotCon 2017! He’s been with us for the last few years as well, as the moderator of multiple ask blogs on Tumblr including Ask Pirate Dash, Ask Mic Boom and more. This is his fourth year as a guest here. FOURTH. That’s crazy, yeah?

We’ve got some new folks to announce, too. Welcome the podcast Pony 411 to TrotCon 2017!

Pony 411 has been helmed by hosts Nemesis Prime and Alca7raz for multiple years now, presenting frequent episodes that tackle the MLP fandom from all sides, from the TV show to its comics and everything in between. They’ve been featured as part of Ponyville Live for a few years as well. Come hear them talk about podcasting — the dos and don’ts, how they got started, the history of a podcast that’s been around for almost five years now.

They join Harmony Studios as our community guests announced so far for 2017, and we’re far from done announcing folks, no worries.

Sound like fun? Cool! Come on out to TrotCon 2017, which will be held July 14-16, 2017, at the Crowne Plaza Columbus North in Columbus, Ohio!

Registration is open until June 25th!

Presenting M.A. Larson

February 22, 2017 in Guest Announcement, Registration by Darkly

Peter New? Check. Lee Tockar? Check.

Hm. How about a third?

Yep, that sounds good, and we won’t delay the suspense any further than three paragraphs in: we’re happy to announce that M.A. Larson will be attending TrotCon 2017!

Look, if you’ve been to TrotCon in the past, chances are you know the guy. After all, he attended our 2014 and 2015 conventions, and when he didn’t show up for 2016, we heard ya loud and clear via email and on social media: you needed more M.A. Larson in your lives in July in Columbus, Ohio.

If you’ve been following along on My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic from the start, you know his name. Larson was one of the chief writers on the show for a few years, working his way up to the role of story editor for season five. He’s since left the show, but nonetheless maintains a strong presence at pony conventions all over the world (ours included!).

My Little Pony is far from his only entertainment credit. He’s written for Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends, Gravity Falls, Littlest Pet Shop and more, and even has his own novel, Pennyroyal Academy, that you should definitely check out if you haven’t already, because it totally rules. 100 percent. We aren’t messing around with this recommendation, y’all. As it happens the second book in the series, The Shadow Cadets of Pennyroyal Academy, just came out earlier this month. Timing!

Larson will join Peter New and Lee Tockar as special guests at TrotCon 2017, and you’ll get to hear his thoughts on his book series, ponies and much more at multiple panels throughout the weekend, as well as get a chance to meet him and get an autograph or five. We know you want ’em, and we hear he’ll sign just about anything.

But hey, guess what? We’ve got more than just one guest announcement to do today.

Just some housekeeping stuff, but we think you’ll wanna hear: for the first time, we’re offering something we’re calling a Spirit Badge for TrotCon 2017. What’s it entail? Well, check it: you’re a fan of TrotCon, but you can’t make it out for this reason or that. Yeah, sad face. We’re bummed, too. But wait! What if we told you that you could still support your good ol’ Ohio pony con friends? Get a Spirit Badge, then, dummy!

For $40, you’ll be supporting TrotCon, helping us to put on some great programming and to snag even more guests of honor (because they ain’t cheap!), while also getting a few spoils for your troubles. They include: a con book, a limited-edition pin, a poster and a special Spirit Badge. We’ll shoot those goodies over to you via mail, you’ll open ’em up, it’ll be like Christmas in July or August or whenever it actually arrives. Donate more? We’ll throw in more goodies. They’ll be so good, you’ll wanna call them greaties. No? Terrible? Yeah, true, sorry, that was bad.

One last thing: if you want to pre-order merchandise for the convention in 2017 — shirts, pins, that sort of thing — then you can ALSO now do that on our Eventzilla page! Scroll down to Merchandise Pre-Order and do your thing.

That does it, then. Time to roll the hype train on out of the station. In the meantime, weekend badges (Friday-Sunday) for TrotCon 2017 are $50 through June 20, and kids 12 and under get in free with a regular badge purchase! We’ve also got sponsor badges available, in case you’re attending but want to toss some extra money our way to help us give you an even better time (and so you’ll get more stuff, which is the real prize). Applications for EVERYTHING — staff, musicians, artists, panels, you name it! — are now on the site as well!

Guest Announcement #2

January 11, 2017 in Guest Announcement, Programming, Registration by Darkly

OK, friends! Guest announcement number two.

First of all: been a while, yes? Don’t worry, we’re still around — just a lot of behind-the-scenes work since our last announcement. We’ll be bothering you much, much more from here on out; you’ll be sick of us again before you know it!

One VIP and one community guest to reveal today. Y’all ready?

Let’s start with the former. Our guy has actually never been with us before, but he was… supposed to be. It’s complicated. TrotCon veterans (aka, anyone who’s been around since 2013) will remember that we announced him as a special guest, only to have an unfortunate semi-last-minute cancellation keep him from visiting Columbus — even though he ended up phoning in for a panel. So, you know, little victories.

Second time’s the charm, we hope: we’re happy to announce Lee Tockar for TrotCon 2017!

*ravenous applause*

Tockar’s a veteran of the scene, of course. He appeared in the first episode of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic as fan favorite Steven Magnet. You’ve since heard him in a number of smaller roles on the show, including Snips, Spot (one of the Diamond Dogs) an in a truly magnificent turn as Gummy in the 100th episode. We’re still reeling from the existential crises brought about by his monologue in that last one. Keeps us up at night.

As with pretty much any actor out there, Tockar has much more on his resume than My Little Pony. You might recognize him as the titular character in season one of George of the Jungle, as Roach in the current DHX production Supernoobs, Urp in YTV’s Nerds and Monsters, Yakkity Yak in Nickelodeon’s Yakkity Yak, plus much, much more. You could spend a day in his IMDB page.

Additionally, Tockar is the founder/CEO of FanBuilt Productions (which, if you attended in 2013, you’ll recall as the topic of his panel).

He’ll be in attendance at TrotCon 2017 to answer your burning questions about voice acting, working in television and film — the whole nine yards, y’all. Panels, meet-and-greets, autographs, you’re gonna be s-e-t.

Now… how about a community guest?

You might already know a little bit about them from some of our teasers of their work. Well, let’s make it official: we’re excited to have Harmony Studios at TrotCon 2017!

Harmony Studios, founded by Victor Vortex in 2014, is an animation collective creating videos for the MLP community, from shorts to PMVs and everything in between. In fact, they’re actually creating a bit of a special video for TrotCon, which you’ll see at the convention this year. You like our comic, drawn by convention artist AylaStarDragon, we’ve been putting up? Then you’re gonna love this, too. Trust us.

They’ll be on hand (on… hoof? After six years, you’d think we would’ve figured this out by now) for panels as well! If you want to learn a little bit about how to do your own animation, they’re gonna be a great resource.

Lee Tockar and Harmony Studios join Peter New as the guests announced so far for TrotCon 2017. And since we’re just a few days from being six months out from our 2017 date, you can bet we’re going to be ramping up our announcements going forward.

In the meantime: we’ve got applications for staff, musicians, vendors and panelists live on the site. There’s also badges to buy — and prices are gonna go up on Jan. 31, so if you want a weekend pass for $40, you should probably get to it soon.

TrotCon will be held July 14-16, 2017, at the Crowne Plaza Columbus North in Columbus, Ohio!

Guest Announcement: Peter New

September 14, 2016 in Guest Announcement by Darkly

What’s up, wonderful folks who attend (or are thinking about attending) TrotCon? You want a guest announcement?

Yep, it’s been just short of two months since TrotCon 2016 ended (and, as of today, 10 months until TrotCon 2017), so we’re rearin’ and ready to go with the release of some more of our 2017 plans, including our first VIP guest.

Look, we’re not reinventing the wheel with this one. Y’all know him well; he’s been with us two times before this, including as one of our first show-specific My Little Pony guests ever.

Please welcome Peter New to TrotCon 2017!

Pony fans will know New as the voice of Big Macintosh, Applejack’s brother of few words but, let’s face it, quite a bit of love from fans of the show. And why not? He’s supplied some of the funniest lines and moments on the show that we’ve seen, and it’s always a blast when he pops up on screen, in print, or elsewhere.

He also voiced Doctor Whooves in the 100th episode, which was, in a word, glorious.

Of course, voicing Big Mac every so often isn’t New’s only claim to fame. You know him as Sunil from Littlest Pet Shop, as well as his roles in films such as Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Scooby-Doo 2: monsters Unleashed, Agent Cody Banks and The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, plus roles on TV shows like Psych, Smallville, Stargate SG-1 and more.

New will, as our VIPs tend to be, be available for multiple panels throughout the weekend, as well as autographs, photos and, we’ll assume, high fives in the halls. Or maybe not. Eh, ask first.

He’s just the first of many guest announcements to come before next July. Keep an eye out, y’all!

ALSO, we’ve officially opened our hotel block for 2017. Snag a room at the Crowne Plaza Columbus North, our hotel and location for the third year in a row, for $99 a night. If you’ve got the cash for it, we highly recommend doing so if you’re coming from out of town (or, heck, if you’re in town and just don’t wanna leave!); it’s the best way to be close to the pony-fueled action 24/7, especially since we’re open every hour of the day starting Fridays.

Finally: if you’re looking for applications for next year, be it for vendors, panels, musicians or staff, keep an eye on our social media accounts over the next few weeks; we’ll be rolling them out as early as next week. Yas, queen!

Head on out to TrotCon 2017, our sixth year, happening July 14-16, 2017, at the Crowne Plaza Columbus North in Columbus, Ohio! Badges are currently $40 for the weekend through the end of January, with sponsor badges also available at multiple rates.

G.M. Berrow Is Coming Back to TrotCon (And We’ve Got More Community Guests, Too!)

May 31, 2016 in Guest Announcement by Darkly

For our fifth VIP guest announcement for TrotCon 2016, let’s bring back a return visitor to Columbus, Ohio.

You’ll know her from wearing multiple hats around the My Little Pony universe, and we’re pleased as punch to have her back: please welcome GM Berrow to TrotCon 2016!

Berrow perhaps first became known to folks in the fandom as the author of the My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic chapter books published by Little, Brown and Co., including “Twilght Sparkle and the Crystal Heart Spell,” “Princess Luna and the Festival of the Winter Moon” and much more. She has since transitioned into writing for the Friendship Is Magic TV series beginning with season five.

In addition to her work with My Little Pony, Berrow has also ghostwritten for multiple book series generally of the young adult/children’s variety, and has worked as part of the crew on TV shows such as Law & Order: SVU and The Good Wife.

She’ll be making her second appearance at TrotCon; we also welcomed her in 2015, and y’all said you had a blast hanging out with her, so, you know, why mess with a good thing?

OK, so let’s run down the list now… GM Berrow, John de Lancie, Thom Zahler, Heather Breckel and Ingrid Nilson. Miss anyone? No? OK, cool.

Oh, right, except for our amazing community guests, which is already a fairly stacked lineup in our modest opinion, including Pixelkitties, TJ Carson, ILoveKimPossibleALot, ChocoPony and Wiggles. Woo!

Eh, what the heck, let’s add three more.

First, a double feature: welcomke Jitterbug Jive/BaldDumboRat and Jestre DeRama to TrotCon 2016!

Jitterbug Jive is the creator of the Lovestruck Derpy and Discord Whooves Tumblrs, and has been the fan voice of Derpy Hooves in multiple videos, including the popular Doctor Whooves and Assistant series. Panels? Check. Artist table? Also check. And he’ll be doing it all with Jestre DeRama, who voices The Doctor in the Doctor Whooves and Assistant series and has his own list of awesome blogs, including BubbleBerryAnswers, AskMadDoctorWhooves and more.

Additionally, we’re excited to have back TheBronyCritic. The Ohio native returns to TrotCon for a fourth time, bringing along his brand of My Little Pony episode reviews, audioplays, fanfic writing and much more. This is always a favorite of ours, so you’ll want to come out and see what’s up.

Whew. OK. Four guest announcements in one day. Think we’ll call it quits.

Before we leave: remember, pre-reg badges close June 25! This is your last chance to snag our $50 weekend passes; they’ll be more at the door. This is also your final opportunity to get one of our sponsor badges; those will be closed come June 15. Help support TrotCon, get cool stuff in return. We even have one more of our highest tier, the draconequus badge, left, so, hey, get on that.

Welcome Thom Zahler, ILoveKPaLot & Wiggles to TrotCon 2016!

May 17, 2016 in Guest Announcement by Darkly

We’ve kind of gotten into a bit of a habit for TrotCon 2016: with the exception of the wonderful Heather Breckel and a few of our community guests, the VIPs we’ve announced for this year’s convention are heading down to Columbus, Ohio, to take in some good ol’ fashioned pony conventioning for the very first time.

Our next guest is no exception to that admittedly loose trend. He’s never been to TrotCon before, though he’s by all accounts a veteran of the convention scene outside My Little Pony. Let’s change that, shall we?

Please welcome Thom Zahler to TrotCon 2016!

Like Heather Breckel, you’ll know Zahler predominantly from the comic publishing side of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. Since the IDW series began, he’s written and drawn for multiple volumes of the MLP comic series alongside such amazing folks as Katie Cook, Ted Anderson, Jeremy Whitley and many more.

Of course, that’s not all he’s known for. Zahler also has his own Love and Capes, a romantic superhero comic series that’s currently four volumes in, and is an accomplished letterer for comics, working on Claypool’s Deadbeats series, Stan Lee’s NHL Guardian Project and much more. He also recently debuted a new project, Long Distance. One of the characters is even based in Columbus. Boy howdy!

Previously, he attended Fiesta Equestria in Texas twice, making this his third pony convention. And we’re super pumped to have him!

For 2016, Zahler will be participating in multiple panels at TrotCon and will have his own table in our Artist’s Alley. Check out all of his work at his website!

Let’s tack on two more community guests, shall we? If you follow our social channels, you’re probably already aware of them, but let’s get ’em up on the website, shall we?

In 2016, we’ll also be welcoming ILoveKPaLot and Wiggles to TrotCon! You’ll know ILoveKPaLot especially from her superb My Little Reviews series and other videos, while Wiggles is the moderator of the Ask King Sombra Tumblr and has been the official cosplayer for Bronycon’s mascot Blank Canvas. NICE.

They join Heather Breckel, John de Lancie and Ingrid Nilson in our lineup of VIP guests for 2016, alongside community guests such as Pixelkitties, ChocoPony and TJ Carson.

Wanna come hang out? We’ve got TrotCon badges going on until June 25 — sponsor badges, weekend badges, you name ’em, they’re for sale and your purchases help us bring more awesome guests like Thom Zahler to you.

We’re also nearing the panel application deadline. May 20 is it; if you haven’t applied yet and want to, well, we’re getting kinda full, so get on that.

Maud Pie & ChocoPony Are Coming to TrotCon. How Exciting.

May 3, 2016 in Guest Announcement by Darkly

Our next VIP guest shares more than one distinction with John de Lancie, our already-announced MLP guest for TrotCon 2016.

First of all, both voice characters on My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. Which, you know, you probably could have already guessed.

The other similarity? Well, if you’ve been with us since 2012 (and if you have, mad props!), you know already that John de Lancie, best known for our purposes as the voice of Discord, has never visited TrotCon before now. Same goes, as it happens, for our next guest, too.

We’re incredibly excited to welcome Ingrid Nilson to TrotCon 2016!

Fans of MLP will recognize Nilson as the voice of Maud Pie, Pinkie Pie’s sister who’s appeared in multiple episodes since season 4. She also snagged the roles of Limestone and Marble Pie in the “Hearthbreakers” episode from last season.

Basically, if you want to get as many members of the Pie family under your roof at one time, she’s your gal!

Of course, Nilson has plenty of credits outside MLP. If you’re a fan of the Strawberry Shortcake TV and movie series, she’s voiced Raspberry Torte since 2009. She also appeared as Sloane in Barbie in Rock ‘N Royals, among many other titles. Singer and dancer, too. You’ll have a lot to talk about.

Throughout TrotCon, she’ll be on hand to visit panels, sign autographs and generally hang out. You know the drill by now.

ALSO, how about community guests? Already have a few announced, have PLENTY more coming down the pipe. But for today in particular, we’d like to give a shoutout to a returning special guest for TrotCon 2016, ChocoPony!

If you attended our 2015 convention, chances are you either met him or saw his work in our Artist Alley or even with the awesome limited edition coins given to some of our sponsor badge holders last year. If you didn’t get your hands on his fine crafts there or at the other conventions he’s popped up at over the last few months, well, now’s your chance. Tarot decks, card games, all kinds of goodies —  you’re gonna want to check him out.

Our two new guests will join John de Lancie, the always-wonderful Heather Breckel and other awesome return fandom guests Pixelkitties and TJ Carson at TrotCon 2016, and we’re not done yet. We should probably hurry it up, though. Con’s in like two and a half months.

What can you expect from us next? We’re currently finalizing our list of vendors and musicians for 2016, and our panelist applications are live until May 20. We’re also still accepting staff help for 2016. You should apply. You’re cool. We like you. Yes, even you.

by Darkly

Please welcome… Heather Breckel!

March 13, 2016 in Guest Announcement by Darkly

If you’ve been coming to TrotCon for the last few years, you’ll know our next guest quite, quite well.

She’s had a hand in creating the finished product of some of the fantastic My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic comic books published by IDW — please welcome Heather Breckel to TrotCon 2016!

Heather’s been coming out to TrotCon since 2013, and she’s been a virtual no-brainer for us to have back ever since. First of all, she’s tremendous at her job — colorist for IDW’s MLP comics, meaning she holds down the important task of bringing all your favorite characters to life through magnificent color! Then, of course, being a resident of our home base of Columbus, Ohio, ain’t too shabby either.

You’ll have the chance to meet Heather and learn more about a slightly different MLP medium than that of the TV show, but remember, she’s no one-trick pony! Heather has also worked as a colorist for editions in the Teenage Mutant Ninja TurtlesGodzillaStar Wars and Peter Panzerfaust franchises, among many more, and she’s also a tremendous artist — she even has her own digital comic called Angie Ruins Fire Emblem!

Come shoot the breeze with Heather this summer. Talk about some ponies. Maybe some cats. You know you wanna.

ALSO: Calling all prospective vendors! Yeah, you, with the things to sell! Want to put a price tag on your wares and truck them off to TrotCon 2016? A friendly, but firm, reminder: in just over a month, registration for our artist alley will be closed for good! April 15 at 11:59 p.m. ET is the specific date and time.

So many of you have already put in applications, but if you haven’t already and have any sort of desire to come to Columbus in the dead of July, well, our door’s open! Because, you know, it’s really hot out, and we need the door open to get that outdoor breeze in. You understand, right? No, no, we don’t think it’s going to blow anything over. It might create a wind tunnel effect, but hey, the kids seem to be enjoying it.

Apply to vend at TrotCon 2016 here! Also, a reminder that panelist applications will close May 20, while musician applications end May 1.

Special Event featuring John de Lancie

January 14, 2016 in Guest Announcement, Programming by Darkly

So, John de Lancie is coming to TrotCon. You might have heard about it. You might have heard of him. You might have heard of TrotCon. If not, hi, we’re TrotCon. And we have John de Lancie stopping by in July.

With an actor as prolific and multi-talented as de Lancie, who you might know best as the voice of Discord on My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic or Q on Star Trek, we simply had to do something fun with him aside from the usual panels you’ve come to expect — which is why we’re exceedingly excited to announce a special ticketed event during TrotCon 2016: “In Defense of Poetry” with John de Lancie.

What’s up with poetry and why is John de Lancie appearing at an event on it? Simple: he’s got an essay of the same name and he wants to share it with you. Afterward, he’s looking to have a discussion with attendees on poetry and the like, with John speaking to his own connections with learning to read, poetry and much, much more. He’ll even read a couple of other poems during the one-and-a-half-hour engagement.

This isn’t like normal events, and as such there will be a $20 charge to enter “In Defense of Poetry,” doable either on Eventbrite before the convention or at the door. However, tickets are included if you purchase an Alicorn- or Draconequus-tier sponsor badge. Haven’t gotten one of those? What are you waiting for?! It’s badges like these that help us to bring you more awesome pony content each year, like John de Lancie this year and such great folks as Andrea Libman, Kelly Sheridan, M.A. Larson, Peter New and much more in the past.

Oh, also, before we forget! Official prices for John de Lancie autograph vouchers are here. They’ll be $30 each, and you can also purchase on Eventbrite before the convention if you so choose.

We’ve got John de Lancie, a score of community guests including Pixelkitties and TJ Carson of Ask Pirate Dash, and we’re not done yet. Keep an eye on trotcon.net, y’all — we’re six months away and we’re pleased as punch to bring you another convention for the fifth time.
