TrotCon 2024 - Panel Application

Before your panel request can be approved, all of your panelists need to have badges. If you do 3 hours or more of panels you will receive a free weekend badge for TrotCon 2025. Please submit a new form for each panel.

Applications must be submitted by 11:59pm ET on May 3rd, 2024. We will notify approved panelists by May 25th, 2024, and will post the event schedule by June 28th, 2024.

All panel rooms will have microphones and projectors. You will need to provide your own laptop to hook into the projectors.
