Tree Hugger Yoga

You are welcome to practice basic breathing, stretching, and movement exercises, set to calming MLP music. Combining the Zen of Tree Hugger and the practice of yoga, this session will use elements of flowing movement to connect to your body and stretch to soothe soreness. Options will be provided to practice in your chair, on the ground, or on your yoga mat. Please wear loose fitting or workout clothing, and have water nearby!
